When the liability that Andrey Arshavin has become to Arsenal is so obvious that even Gary Neville, a Manchester United fan, can realize and complain about it, then it must be more serious than what the negligent Arsene Wenger is making it out to be.

According to Neville, Arshavin should go back to where he came from if his show of lack of interest continues.

I agree with Neville, Arshavin is a liabilty he should have been sold in this transfer window. bet he will play next game as if there’s nothing wrong. Defence error caused by a useless midfield player failing to do what he’s paid to do. GET RID OF HIM.

  6. I do agree with all that is said about AA,however I would like someone who is expert in the field to get in the guys mind and discover whatis really the matter with him. I cannot think it is just laziness that is to simple an answer. It would have been obvious on the training field and the guys would be shouting. Wedont, hear from them.Is he sick…. is he unhappy at home.. does he have mony trouble i e gambling does he have physco problems and needs help?? . So many things could contributto this former brilliant player who, by the way is still the Russian captain. There must be something deeper than we see on the surface. Remember the guy was wonderful in that first season. It would be a real shame to loose a potentially great player if he can be helped and healed!!

do you know how much is 80 grands a week in russian rubbles?
andrei kanshelski said russian players in england only care about their big salaries. he named arshavin, pavlychenko and beyletnov(everton). back in russia they brag about how much they get paid and don’t care about their performances.
anyway, arsene overrates all these players and give them huge salaries now no one can afford them. which team in france will pay chamakh 60.000 a week and squillaci 50.000.
no one wants them because of this and they don’t care they’d rather hang around and enjoy the hospitality they have under arsene wenger till the end of their contracts.
even worse, penny pinching arsenal wants fee for them as well thats why they cannot annuled their contracts so they can walk free( the only solution in my opinion).
if arsene is such a good economist, how much money will arsenal save by getting rid of all the lame ducks? nearly 300.000 week and that can pay van persie pay rise and 2 or 3 more new signings. we don’t even need arshavin coz chamberlain can take his place with miyaichi as his backup. we don’t need chamakh and squillaci, park can step up miquel is around and we can recall bartley. if you add 3 new signings we will have a good team. thats not rocket science, arsene!

rosicky, arshavin, ramsey, benayoun and chamakh have scored less than 6 goals put together.
yes we really miss cesc and his replacement won’t come cheap. losing cesc also took few goals from the team and ramsey is just immature. there are players available for this position we have to bid and pay good money. montolivo, lucas silva, douglas costa, ganso maybe even thiago alcantara and hazard.

If I were Arshavin, I’d sue Gary Neville for slander. Advising him of not wanting to play for Arsenal and not wanting to live in London…how does he know? A lot of Arsenal fans need to stop buying all this anti-Arshavin rubbish. There were about six or seven players in the Arsenal box, that did less to stop united scoring than Arshavin did. In my opinion, players like Walcott deserve far more stock than Arshavin, but he’s English so I guess it’s not as easyfor the xenophobic idiots to tell him to go home!

Gary Neville is speaking the truth about Arshavin the player has done nothing since that goal against Barcelona and as for his defensive play that was useless.
